For our re-roofs first we meticulously evaluate the deck after tearing off the old roof to ensure it is ready for the installation of shingles. We also make sure that the gutters are sized correctly for the roof to ensure efficient water flow in the future. We install a high quality synthetic underlayment that serves as a second line of defense for your roof. The roof accessories, such as metal nosing around the full perimeter of the house, Weather Watch and 24″ valley metals on the valleys, and starter strips are installed prior to our installment of shingles. We replace any old damaged flashings with new and improved models. To ensure your roof has the proper ventilation system we install products such as Ridge Vents, Eave Vents, Dormer Vents etc. We then install the shingles and ridge caps using the best brands such as GAF and Owens Corning. Then we seal and coat all our flashings with paint matching the color of the roof. Finally, we ensure that the roof is spotless and the gutters are clean. We also make sure that any extra debris is picked up and properly disposed of. All of our re-roofs come with a 5-years workmanship warranty.
