TPO is a single ply membrane that is impenetrable and acts as a protective barrier for the flat roof. The use of TPO on your flat roof can mean lower cooling cost due to its UV resistance. While TPO is energy efficient, it is also made from environmentally friendly products. TPO is highly resistant to puncturing, tearing, or water damage. It is even resistant to bacterial growth and dirt buildup, so it will be easier for you to keep your roof clean.

TORCH DOWN ROOFS

Torch Down Roofing is a type of roofing that consists of levels of modified bitumen similar to asphalt, that are fused together to layers of fiberglass with a flame torch. The life span of a torch down roof is from 15 to 20 years. It is highly resistant to UV rays, puncturing, tearing and water damage as well.
